Q. Can I expedite my order? A. Yes. There are additional options in the checkout process that you will be able to select for expedited processing. If your order can not be expedited you will be contacted right away and credited any additional shipping costs

Q. What is your return policy? A. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on personalized magnets. A proof will be provided for your approval prior to production of your magnets. If an error is made on the part of MagnetDesigns.com, your order will certainly be replaced. If you would like to receive a magnet sample prior to placing your order, please click here to fill out our request form. This will allow you to see and feel our excellent magnet quality.
Q. What is your order cancellation policy? A. You may cancel your order at any time prior to proof approval. Once you approve your email proof your magnets immediately go into production at which point your order cannot be cancelled.
